What We Offer
Our convenient wellness services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each pet. From routine vaccinations to managing minor illnesses, we offer a range of services to keep your pets healthy and happy in the convenience of your home. Typically to start it is $109.00-149.00 (includes house call + 1st exam). *Wellness packages available that include exam. Payment due at time of service and we also accept payment through Care Credit and offer Sunbit Financing options. Deposits for appointments might be requested.
Vaccines/Wellness Visits
We also offer wellness packages that save you money.
Ensuring your pets are in optimal health for a long healthy life. We also issue health certificates for travel!
Minor Illness Care
Expert care and treatment for minor pet illnesses.
Minor illness examples: Allergies, ear infections, skin infections, parasite infections, and arthritis.
For urgent or critical matters we recommend a full service veterinary hospital.
Senior Pet Support
Seniors deserve more attention in their golden years and we offer services to ensure they age with grace. We offer early detection blood work, arthritis care management, and nutrition consults. We also offer quality of life visits and do offer planned in home euthanasia services when the time comes.

Owner: Dr. Andrea Shanks
With over 14 years experience delivering compassionate veterinary care, Dr. Shanks created Mobile Veterinary Care to provide clients a different way to access veterinary care. She is bringing vet care in the home. Dr. Andrea Shanks (formerly Dr. Muegge for all the wonderful clients she has met), is a 2011 graduate from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Shanks has a unique background in may sectors of veterinary medicine. She has worked in rural mixed practice, private & corporate small animal practices, and has even started an animal shelter medical program. She is excited to be certified in veterinary acupuncture at the end of 2026.

Amber is our wonderful veterinary technician with over 9 years of experience working with both small and large animals. She loves getting to know her clients and making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Remote Receptionist: Liz
Liz is our amazing veterinary receptionist. She has over 7 years of experience in veterinary receptionist style work. She has also worked as a veterinary technician and veterinary practice manager. Fun fact: She is from South Africa. We are glad to have her as part of the team!
