What We Offer
Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each pet. From routine vaccinations to managing minor illnesses, we offer a comprehensive range of services to keep your pets healthy and happy in the convenience of your home. House call starts at $60.00 and is location dependent. 1st exam is 49.00. Additional pet exams discounted to $39.00. Typically to start it is 109.00-149.00 (includes house call + 1st exam). *Wellness packages available that include exam. Payment due at time of service and we also accept payment through Care Credit and offer Sunbit Financing options. Deposits for appointments might be requested.
Vaccines/Wellness Visits
We offer wellness packages that save you money.
Ensuring your pets are in optimal health for a long healthy life. We also issue health certificates for travel!
Minor Illness Care
Expert care and treatment for minor pet illnesses.
Minor illness examples: Allergies, ear infections, skin infections, parasite infections, and arthritis.
For urgent or critical matters we recommend a full service veterinary hospital.
End of Life Care
Compassionate support during a difficult time.
Ensuring comfort and dignity for your pets. We know how important the last moments with your pet can be. We have completed extra certifications in peaceful euthanasia training to give our clients the most up to date options on end of life care. We partner with Fond Memories for after care of your beloved pet. These services start at $360.00. House call, consultation, and procedure included. Memorial after care options available.

Owner: Dr. Andrea Shanks
With over 14 years experience delivering compassionate veterinary care, Dr. Shanks created Mobile Veterinary Care to provide clients a different way to access veterinary care. She is bringing vet care in the home. Dr. Andrea Shanks (formerly Dr. Muegge for all the wonderful clients she has met), is a 2011 graduate from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. This is a private unique service for your pet family. We are a privately owned family business. Dr. Shanks has a unique background in may sectors of veterinary medicine. She has worked in rural mixed practice, private & corporate small animal practices, and has even started an animal shelter medical program. She has performed relief work to allow other vets to have time off in the last half of her career.
